I’m a new solopreneur that got bored from working for large companies.
I just made a landing page for a new product I’m building.
The idea is to revert the typical people “looking for job“ flow. Instead of people spending time preparing application material (CV, Cover Letters, etc), screening and applying, I think AI agents can be a great partner automating this and make the “jobs find the right people”.
Currently I already built a prototype that works locally in my machine that:
1- Scrapes the Linkedin profile;
2- Converts a recording with video-to-text AI;
3- Consolidates all data anduses a Matrix Factorization method to match jobs and people;
4- Runs AI Agents to Apply to the best jobs.
If this succeeds I will productize the solution in a SaaS and research on how to distribute it.
Would be great to have some constructive feedback by you guys to correct any mistakes early on. Thanks,
